What is shipping delivery time?We offer free shipping all over Pakistan through DHL / UPS etc. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.7-10 days for other cities in Pakistan.Do we ship globally?Yes, we ship globally. But global shipping charges will be added and may varies according to destinations, couriers and the urgency of the customer.Is it possible to cancel my order?Yes, you can cancel your order before the product is dispatched.Can I return the product?Unused and unstitched products can be easily exchanged or refund within 7 working days. No question will be asked.What should I do if I have missed my delivery?Please ensure that your address, email, state, city, postal code and contact number is correct while placing an order. Our courier will call you before delivering the order, and if failed than they make 2 to 3 attempts to deliver the parcel, if again not than your order will be cancelled.After cancellation, when I will get refund?If you have already paid for the cancelled order, your payment will be refunded within 10 working days of order cancellation.What if my merchandise is damaged?We do a detailed pre delivery inspection of all our products before dispatch. However, if your purchased item is damaged, after verification, will arrange exchange within 7 working days after receiving the damaged product.How long it will take to receive my reimbursement after Order cancellation?If payments made through online Credit/Debit Card, easy pissa etc., then you will receive reimbursement into your Account within 10 working days from the time of Order cancellation.There is a missing article in my order, what should I do?If there is any missing article, please contact at our customer support.Is my personal data kept secured?Data inducted by our online customers will be kept protected and secured. If you are opting for customized stitching, we request you to provide WhatsApp/Contact number at the checkout. Our Representative will discuss with you after placement of the order. For stitching orders payment will be made in advance through Debit / Credit Card, Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or Bank Transfer.
